Jubilation gallor as chairmanship primary election gathered momentum in kogi state

 


Jubilations gallor at the All Progressive Congress APC Party Secretariat in Lokoja kogi State Capital where chairmanship candidates were screened for primary election across the twenty one local government areas of the state.



Our  Accurate News Correspondent who were at the party Secretariat reports that the chairmanship candidates and their Councillors were among those who were screened.




Report also said that Party Executive were busy all through putting finishes touches for the primary election in the twenty one local government areas.





The Lokoja Local Government Chairmanship candidate known as AKA"Gentle" came into the party Secretariat with large crowd of APC supporters dancing and singing APC slogan and dancing.


Motorist were stand still on the major roads, while hundreds of Party faithful expressed their  exthausism.



Many followers who came in Vehicles and motorcycles drove out with happiness after the successful screening.




The chairmanship candidates from Lokoja , Bassa, Omala, Dekina, Yagba East, West , Ofu ,Igalamela, Idah, Okene, Ajaokuta were among others were also spotted at the APC Party Secretariat.


Speaking with newsmen shortly ,some Chairmanship candidates expressed satisfaction with the APC arrangement said they were fully prepared for Saturday primary in their respective local government areas.



They commended the leadership of the party, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, Chairman of the Party and critical stakeholders of the  for playing a significant role in ensuring a level playing group .



The Chairmanship candidates expressed satisfaction with Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo promised to ensure the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo in 2027 general election.
