Kogi First Lady Mourns Tragic Accident Victims, Extends Condolences to Families

 


The First Lady of Kogi State, Hajia Sefinat Usman Ododo, has expressed deep sorrow over the loss of citizens who died in a tragic road accident while returning from the World Disability Day commemoration in Lokoja on Wednesday.


In a statement on Thursday,  Hajia Ododo described the tragedy as a heartbreaking moment, sharing her grief with the affected families and praying for strength during this difficult period. 



She noted that every life lost is a loss to Kogi State, extending her prayers to those who sustained injuries and wishing them a swift recovery. 


Her Excellency urged the bereaved families to take solace in the will of God, assuring them of the state's solidarity and compassion. 


"May Allah grant the souls of the departed Aljannah Firdaus and grant their families the strength to bear this painful loss," she prayed.
