Kogi State Government have been called upon to urgently come to the help of OYO Community in Obajana of Lokoja Local Government Area.


The Councilor Representing  Oworo ward   Lokoja two in Lokoja local government area, Mrs  Solomon Victoria Temitope made the call while speaking on the recent attack of OYO Community which Claimed  life of two person of the community leader of a vigilante in the community.

 Mrs Solomon Victoria Temitope said the rate of abduction and crime in the community is alarming and appealed to Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo to come to the rescue of the people in the community.


According to the lawmaker , incessant killing of innocent soul's within the OYO Community if not checked urgently is sending a wrong signal in OYO Community of Lokoja Local Government Area.


The Councilor Commended the efforts of security agencies for proactively responding to the incident and called on the state government to deploy more security personnel to man strategic points in the OYO Community of Lokoja Local Government Area.


The Lawmaker Representing Lokoja two Mrs Victoria Solomon called on Dangote Cement Company to show commitment in their social responsibilities to the people of the Area ,stressing that OYO Community is the base the company gets their raw material for production of cement serving the country and Africa.


She described the Abduction of her Princess and the murder of head of vingilatee in the area as sad and prayed God grant the family of the deceased fortitude to bear the irreparable loss


Also speaking the husband of the Princesses Mr Williams Owonibi described the experience which led to the Abduction of the wife princess as horrible and appealed to the state security agencies come and assist in the recovery of the only Wife.


According to him the people of the community can know longer sleep with their two eyes closed pointing out that farmers can know longer farm in their farms there by resulting to hunger in the community

    Hmm this so sad but I pray that God Almighty will take control and we pray that the Lord will touch the heart of the government for our rescue thou I trust the governor and the chairman of Lokoja will definitely intervene by God grace and I pray those who is a fall victims may there soul keep on resting in peace and the princess whom be abducted may she be restore in good health and peace and walk home perfectly and also pray for the entire community that God will restore security back and protect us from all evils.
