Inclusivity a Panacea for Political Unity and Developments.

 

In


clusivity is a process of creating an environment that suits every class in a working institution where distribution of responsibilities is equitably shared and supported based on their values to function ultimately.


Inclusivity promotes diversity, religious harmony, political party differences,  Sectional imbalances, encourages participatory governance and break down barriers.


Leadership based on inclusivity encourages unity where everyone has the opportunity to contribute passionately with a sense of ownership


 In a state governed by exclusivity what you notice is agitations,anger, insecurity, unruly behavior, false pretence based on sycophants.


You know why, there's no justice and equitable distribution of their common matrimony in that institution of governance, you find them in service because they've no option, digging deep into their subconscious you'll find out they're pretending,the system can not get the best of them.


The best functionality of an individual is gotten when he/she finds himself in a competitive environment without religious bigotry, ethnicity and Sectional biases,the solution to this problem is inclusive governance, and that's the panacea for unity if the desire of the leadership is to unite the people he/she governs.


Any leader whose style of leadership is exclusive what you expect when the table turns for one reason or the other is total disloyalty because abinicio he was compared, not really with you, the good examples was the 2023 Governorship election held in Kogi State.


The advantages of inclusivity is what APC is enjoying at the moment at the Federal level,their love to move the party forward is organic because of  the master strategist, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR,his inclusive style of leadership has brought everyone to the party with the opposition suspecting a 'one party State," No!! the style of leadership is so immune and organic that everyone wants to belong, this results is gotten from a  none pretentious inclusive governance based on creating values where necessary by sharing responsibilities based on capacity, competence and Character no matter "whose o-x is gored"


Politics is a very serious business that should not be played on the alter of hypocrisy and false hood because it backfires when you don't expect.


My advocacy therefore is total inclusiveness to encourage participatory democracy and governance as a panacea for unity and development
