The Chairman of Arish Group Incorporation,Abuja,Umar Nuhu Abbas has urged eligible voters and the people of Ankpa Local Government Area to  participate fully in Ongoing Continuous Voters Register CVR .


Alhaji Nuhu Abbas who made the remarks while speaking with newsmen in Abuja said the exercise is important and 

step in shaping our collective future and determining the leadership of our state. 


A business  tycoon in Abuja explained that by registering, citizens are qualify not only to vote but also to be voted for, thereby participating in the democratic process.


According to him, the importance of political participation cannot be over emphasized. 


It is through voting that citizens hold their leaders accountable and ensure that their voices are heard. 


The Chairman Arish Group Incorporation noted that government at all  levels is committed to deepening grassroots governance and expanding political participation, and this exercise is a key part of that effort.


Alhaji Umar Nuhu Abbas encouraged all citizens, especially youths and women in Ankpa in particular, to seize this opportunity and get  themselves registered register to vote .


This demonstrates the government's commitment to grassroots engagement and ensuring that every citizen's voice is heard. 


He urged all citizens to cooperate with these efforts and take advantage of the registration exercise .


The benefits of political participation are numerous, by registering to vote, citizens can influence the direction of the state and ensure that their needs are met. 


Governments has already shown its commitment to the welfare of citizens through various initiatives, including prompt payment of salaries, road construction, and provision of healthcare services.


He used the occasion to call on all citizens to come out in large numbers and participate in the CVR exercise.
