Idoma people in kogi State promised to vote massively for the second term in office of president Tinubu and Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo in second term

 


Idoma Development Association, Kogi State Chapter has promised to work accidously with the present administration for second term office in twenty twenty seven general elections


The President of  the Association, Chief Joefrank Olotu made the remarks when he led members of the Association on a courtesy call to the Accountant General, Chief Habitat Oyiza Tijjani Onumoko in her residence at GRA Okene in the central Senatorial District.


The President said Idoma people in kogi state would continue to work accidously to support to the present administration under Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo for the second term in office come twenty twenty seven elections.


Chief Joefrank explained that Idoma people were lagging behind politically & economically in the scheme of things such as appointment of Idoma indigene into the cabinet as Special Assistant or Advisers.


The President while presenting certificate of recognition and Award of Excellence and uncommon capacity building, empowerment to Widows and care to the orphans and Idoma community in kogi state.


The President requested for the donation of vehicle, and Land for the building of town hall meeting which is paramount to the Association.



In her remark, the State Accountant General, Chief Dr. Habibat Oyiza Tijjani Onumoko thanked the Association for their unwavering support to the present administration under Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, adding that Idoma people are very industrious and promised to convey their message to the appropriate authorities  for urgent attention.


The Accountant General assured that she would continue to partner with the association to enable them benefit from the present administration under Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo.


Highlight of the visit was the presentation of award of excellence and certificate of recognition in capacity building in the state.

  The Head of Service of Kogi State, Dr Elijah Adeiza Evinemi FCA  in a warm reception  of the top executives of Ododo Bassa Youth Grassroots Initiative (OBYGI) during a courtesy visit in his office, has been appointed patron of the Association.
