Daruwana Adama noted that the occasion provides an opportunity for reflection, gratitude, and renewed commitment to the advancement of women in every sphere of life.

Reflecting on this year’s theme, “Give to Gain,” Adama observed that the message highlights a simple but profound truth — societies make meaningful progress when women are supported, encouraged, and given the opportunity to thrive.

According to him, the theme calls for intentional investment in women through mentorship, opportunities, knowledge-sharing, and inclusion.

He emphasized that when women rise, communities rise with them and therefore encouraged women to continue believing in their value and capabilities, reminding them that they do not need to shrink themselves or struggle to prove their worth.

The chairman noted that the philosophy of empowerment resonates strongly with the ideals promoted by the women under the guidance of its Grand Patron, Seyi Tinubu.

and the national leadership led by Director-General Francis Oluwatosin Shoga. He stated that the movement remains committed to youth and women engagement at the grassroots, aligning its advocacy with the Renewed Hope vision of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo administration.
