Comrade Ajih Sam Oforachi urges stakeholders of APC in Igalamela/ Odolu to foster unity for the overall Dev



The people of Igalamela/ Odolu local government area have been urged to be united for progressive and overall development of the Council .


A Stakeholder of the All Progressive Congress, APC in the  area, Comrade Ajih Sam Oforachi gave the advice while speaking with newsmen at (APC) Party  Secretariat in Lokoja.

Comrade Ajih Sam Oforachi said as the chairmanship and councellorship election drawn closer, all aggrieved Party members should drop their differences to ensure overwhelming victory in the forthcoming local government polls.

He advised supporters of the party to ensure raccour free election, saying meaningful contributions should be their watch-words.



The party stakeholder commended Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo for his purposeful leadership since assumed office .


Comrade Ajih Sam Oforachi  noted with satisfaction for infrastructure development projects currently  ongoing aimed at fostering all inclusive governance was one of his commitment towards  build the bridges .

While commending the former governor of the state, Alhaji Yahaya Bello for laid a solid foundation for the present administration to build on, was  to ensure a rapid socio economic development of the state.

He assured that the forthcoming local government election for the championship and councellorship would devoid raccour free.


The APC stakeholder also commended the Caretaker Chairman of the local government, Barrister Cosmos Ilemona Atabor for creating a peaceful atmosphere since assumed office, adding that he has performed excellently well, if given another opportunity to become a Chairman of the Council he equally do better.


He described the Caretaker Chairman as one best among his contemporary, saying that the funds of local government autonomy would be adequately be utilize under his leadership.


Comrade Ajih Sam Oforachi explained that during his tenure in the House of Assembly has performed beyond expectation, adding that he has used his constituents allowance to help the needy in the local government area.

 

The APC stakeholder also commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the approval of the Local Government Autonomy to reduce the poverty level in the country.
