Parents have been urged to training to their children through Western education for a better society.
The Director,Social Mobilization of the kogi State Universal Basic Education Board, Chief Omadibi Abdulrahaman made the remark at the graduation and Prize Giving ceremony of Saint Luke's Model Two LGEA Nursery /Primary UBE Effective School Andakolo Lokoja.
Chief Abdulrahaman who is the Chairman of the occasion said no society can strive well in the absent of western education.
He noted that education is key to any successful businesses and appealed to parents to ensure their wards embark on a meaningful ventures that would improve their livelihood in their future endeavors.
Earlier, the Head Teacher,s Mallam Abubakar Mohammed-Sani said the School is graduating over fifty pupils in the twenty twenty three and twenty four academic session and urged the graduating pupils to be of a good ambassador of the school anywhere they found themselves in their academic pursuit.
Mallam Abubakar Mohammed-Sani called on parents to register more of their wards at the early age to enhance adaptability into the school system.
While commending the for the upgrading the schools electricity to the national grid Abuja Electricity Distribution Company solicit financial support through donations for the purchase of Pre- paid metre for the smooth running of the E-learning in the schools.
The ceremony withnessed Goodwill messages from the stakeholders of education, lecture, corography, dancing, presentation of gifts and distribution of books certificate to the first, second and third positions in their academic excellence presented by the Head Teachers Mall Abubakar Mohammed-Sani some personalities.
