Deputy Governor Elder Joel Salifu Oyibo urges parents to ensure proper upbringing of their children



Parents have been urged to give proper upbringing of their Children for better future.

The Deputy Governor, Elder Joel Salifu stated this during the Annual Choir  United Evangelical Church Ejule Headquarters Ofu Local Government Area.

Elder Joel thanked God for his faithfulness in his struggle of life ,stressing that  to be come a Deputy Governor was by God grace.

The Deputy Governor said the Governor of Kogi State is Child of Destiny and described his  administration as act of God .

The Deputy Governor warn that any Parent not wishing his children well is not a good father to be recon with in life.



He called on Christians to be Patient as God would  answered their prayers.


The Deputy Governor said the state government will continue to ensure religious harmony in  stressing that it is joyful in praising God.


Earlier The Wife of Deputy Governor, Deaconesses Magret EleOjo Salifu says one of God's attributes is praises and called on Christians to sustain worship to God at all times.

In his Sermon The Guest Preacher,  Reverend Elijah Abalaka in his Sermon said the best way of receiving from God is through praises and thanksgiving.

Reverend Abalaka called on Christians to have faith in God saying their journey to progress in life  just started and prayed  lead them to greatness in Governance of the state.

In their separate speeches ,the Special Assistance to the Governor on Ethics and Value Sheikh Sani and the former House of Representatives Inah Hussein  called on the people of Kogi East to continue their support to the present Administration to succeed .
