Perm Sec Min of Special Duties and Inter- Governmental Affairs Doctor Akoji Ejigbo to shun laziness and absentisim to move the ministry forward



The Permanent Secretary Ministry of Special Duties and  Inter- Governmental Affairs, Doctor Akoji Ejigbo has called on staff to collaborate with him in advancing the ministry’s mission.


Doctor Ejibo made the remark at the medien meeting with staff of the ministry in Lokoja .


Doctor Ejigbo while expressed his gratitude to governor Ahmed Usman Ododo and the Head of Service for creating enable environment for the appointment  said the examination was devoid of political interference.



He pledged to work diligently with staff, adding that he would not condone laziness and absentisim to work alongside with him to fulfill the ministry’s objectives under the guidance of Commissioner, Sunday Faleke.


The Permanent Secretary emphasizing the significance of teamwork, urged staff members to refrain from spreading rumors and instead work together to achieve the administration’s sent objective.



The Permanent Secretary re- emphasized train and retraining  to get adequate knowledge, and urged staff to Continue to develop themselves.


He commended his predecessor for his dedication and promised to build upon the accomplishments it deserves.



Earlier, the Director Administration, Mrs Mariam Salisu assured the permanent Secretary of total support to enable him carryout his effectively.


Also speaking, the Staff Officer in the ministry,  Mrs Akande Grace Bosede enumerated some catalog  of challenges to make the staff more comfortable to perform their duties effectively.
