Kogi State Govt has been urged to investigate the recent killing in Bassa LGA



Kogi State Government have been called upon to investigate the recent killings of five indigenes of Bassa Local Government Area.


The Spokes person of the Arenge Clan, Comrade Huleji Bikwo made the appeal while speaking with Newsmen after condoleing with family members of the deasese at Sheria Community of Bassa Local Government Area.


Comrade Huleji Bikwo expressed shock on the untimely dead of five indigenes of the area and called on suspected hoodlums to desist for the sake of peace and development of the Local Government Area.


According to him, the people of the three districts of the local government Area should see themselves as one family ,pointing out that unity of purpose will ensure rapid development.


Mr Huleji prayed God to grant the family of the desease fortitude to bear the lost understanding the fact that dead is a necessary end to all motals.


The Spokesperson of the Arenge Clan ,Comrade Huleji Bikwo called on the council Chairman,Mr Theophilus Daruwana Adama and his councellors to remain consistent and courageous to take decisions that will help in revamping the economy of the people.


He called on the Youths of the area to be United and speak in one voice and rally round the council Chairman Theophilus Daruwana Adama to transform the economic prosperity of the land.


Comrade Huleji Bikwo prayed God to grant Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo,the Council Chairman of Bassa Local Government Area, Theophilus Daruwana Adama continue in the policy on renewed Agenda of the present Administration in the state.


The Spokesperson of the Arenges Commended Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo and the Council Chairman on the ongoing infrastructural Development in the area, noting that that is the present Administration has done the people of the area proud.
