The Chief Executive Officer of NIGOSAN Health and Wellness Centre Lokoja, Pharmacist Ajanigo Sani has called for periodical medical checkup to detect and avert serious health challenges that can surface in the future. The African Development Bank (AfDB) has lauded the leadership of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo for his administration’s commitment to advancing agriculture and food security, as Kogi State looks set to  benefit from the Bank’s Special Agro-Industrial Processing Zones (SAPZ) programme. The people of Kogi State have been urged to always Take precautionary measures to prevent fire outbreaks. Controller, Kogi State Fire Agency, Mrs Sule Rabi gave the advice during a sensitisation programe on fire prevention held at the international market in Lokoja. Mrs Rabi said fire accident most time are due to human error and stressed the need to always take precautionary measures to avoid or minimize loss associated with such disaster.
