Dr Omede Idris, CIK, lost the younger sister to his late mother



 Inna Lilahi wa Inna Rajuin, With total submission to the will of Allah, we announce the death of  Mallama Ramatu Uyintoho Alhassan (Nee Okpachi Odekina), an aunt to Dr Omede Idris, former Commissioner of Health, Kogi state. 


Mallama Ramatu Uyintoho Alhassan passed on in the early hours of yesterday Friday 29th August, 2025 at Agbeji, Dekina LGA.


She was buried at Odu Ofomu yesterday  in line with Islamic rites. She is survived by five children.


These are Danjuma, Maimuna, Omaye, Mohammed and Isah and many grandchildren and some great grand children. She is survived by many relations Amongst whom are Ibrahim, Mohammed Ikani, Amina, Idris, Yahaya, Abdullahi, Alimo, Aku, Sule, Fatima, Abdul, Danjuma, Attai and many more relations.


May Allah grant her Aljanat Firdausi and console the entire family. Ameen.

In a letter addressed to the party chairman of his ward ( Okura Aloma in Ogbonicha district of Ofu LGA,Kogi State) stated that he has decided to take a new and bold decision to further his political belief and to find a new platform to actualize his political dreams and to serve the people better.
