Management and Staff of kogi State Oil producing Development Commission congratulate Gov Ododo on the occasion of 34 Anniversary

 


On behalf of the Management and Staff of the Kogi State Oil Producing Development Commission (KOSOPADEC), I, Hon. Jackson James Omonu, the Managing Director, heartily congratulate His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, the Executive Governor of Kogi State, and the entire good people of the Confluence State on the occasion of the 34th anniversary of our dear State’s creation.


This historic milestone is a reminder of our collective journey, resilience, and progress as one united people. Over the past 34 years, Kogi State has continued to record significant achievements in governance, human capital development, infrastructure, and economic growth, thereby reinforcing its enviable position as the "Confluence of Opportunities."


As we celebrate this anniversary, we reaffirm our commitment at KOSOPADEC to supporting the vision of Your Excellency in driving inclusive development and ensuring that the oil-producing communities contribute meaningfully to the prosperity of our State.


At this moment of celebration, I call on all sons and daughters of Kogi State, both at home and in the diaspora, to rally round and give maximum support to the administration of His Excellency, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, as he continues to lead our dear State on the path of peace, progress, and sustainable development.

In a letter addressed to the party chairman of his ward ( Okura Aloma in Ogbonicha district of Ofu LGA,Kogi State) stated that he has decided to take a new and bold decision to further his political belief and to find a new platform to actualize his political dreams and to serve the people better. Confluence news gathered from a reliable source that his decision to change party may be unconnected to the pragmatic leadership of His Excellency, Alh Ahmed Usman Ododo who is ready to transform the state to greater heights. A member of the rulling party from the area, Hon.
