Veronica Bakoz Charity Foundation, says the anguish and untold hardship Widows and Orphans face for their daily living accounted for the establishment of the foundation.



The Founder, Mrs Veronica Bakoz Adejo stated this during the distribution of food stuff and wear materials  to families that lost their bread winners held at Ganaja area, suburb of Lokoja, kogi State capital.


According to her, the pain she went through to provide for the children followed the death of his husband thirty years ago and  experience Widows and Orphans are subjected to catering for themselves informed her decision to embark on the humanitarian gesture


She disclosed that the foundation has set out to offer skills and vocational training, small business support, humanitarian Outreach, Girl child development, and advocacy free of charge to the less privileged.


Mrs Veronica called on wealthy individuals, corporate organizations and government at all levels to mobilise support to enable the foundation reach out to more vulnerable in the society and advised beneficiaries of the materials to use  it judiciously for the common good of their families. I'm


Some of the beneficiaries who spoke including mrs Bekisu Yahaya , Habibat Haruna,and Mrs Hamina Akur.expressed their appreciation to the donor for the philanthropic gesture saying that the foundation has touch them positively and they pray for God's  continue blessings to enable her service humanity more.
