A press statement made available to newsmen in Lokoja the former Head Projects Financial Management Unit World Bank Assisted PFMU  extended her heartfelt birthday congratulations to Hon. (Dr.) Hajiya Habibat Oyiza Tijani Onumoko, the Accountant General of Kogi State, lauding her as a *pillar of fiscal integrity and responsible governance*.
