Nigerian irrespective of their religious adherence to continue to live in peace and be submissive to Allah

 


The Director General, Government House Administration, Dr. Umar Shuaibu Oricha has urged Nigerians to continue to live in peace and be submissive to Allah in their day to day activities.


Doctor Oricha made the call while speaking with newsmen at the Central Mosque Aniebo Quarter Gadumo Lokoja, shortly after observing the two Rakat prayers.



The Director General explained that though the Ramadan and Lent season coincided this year, and urged members of the two religions to see themselves as one, nothing that Nigerian irrespective of religious differences  are one in spirit.


Doctor Oricha noted that people should not use religion to divide themselves hence the country belongs to all of us.


He called for understanding among individuals as the country is facing security challenges.




According to him, all hands most be undeck to nurture the country to greatness.


Doctor Oricha used the celebration of  Sallah to called on Muslim to refrain from any bad behavior which are detrimental to the growth and development of the state and the country as a whole.


He disclosed that election is around the corner and appealed to politicians to play their roles according to the lay down rule and not to overheat the politics.
