Death has occurred of Mrs. Theresa Adejatu  Onoja Nee Ocheje on 27th of March 2026.

Age , 73 .


Mrs Theresa Adejetu Onoja (JP) died following an illness at the University of Abuja Teaching Hospital  Gwagwalada. 

She is survived by 6 children, 15 grandchildren, other than her husband , Hon . Chief Sylvester  Momoh Onoja, former Commissioner for Education Science and Technology in Kogi State. 


Meanwhile, the burial arrangements of Mrs Theresa Adejetu Onoja JP have been released.


A family statement by the son of the deceased, Amana Onoja, says on 16 April 2026,  body leaves University of Abuja Teaching Hospital's Mortuary, Gwagwalada, at 9am for her  country home, Efachipu, Imani  , Olamaboro Local Government of Kogi State to be received at the residence of Chief Sylvester Momoh Onoja, while Christian wake begins by 4pm.


On  Friday, 17th of April 2026, the body arrives holy cross  Catholic Church  Imane for a funeral mass at 10  o'clock in the morning.


At 12 noon the same day, the body leaves Catholic church Imane

for Ocheje's compound , Okatikpe in Ankpa Local Government Area of  Kogi State to be followed by final internment.

 

According to the statement, reception follows immediately at Playgraund  Field of LGA primary school, Imane.


Mummy Theresa, we love you, but Jesus loves you best.

 Rest in the bossom of the Lord, where we meet to part no more .

Ukomu Igala Organization Lokoja Chapter has elected New Executive Officers  to run it's affairs for the next years with a call to be united for the progress of the organization.
