The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Wisdom Gate Global Resources Limited, Chief Tony Ologun has felicitated with All Progressive Congress family in the just concluded primary election of the party.

The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Wisdom Gate Global  Resources Limited, Chief Tony Ologun has felicitated with All Progressive Congress family in the just concluded primary election of the party.

Chief Ologun in an interactive session with newsmen in Lokoja specifically described the victory as one of the beauty of democracy which allow individuals' participation in the selection of their representatives.

The APC Chieftain from Yagba West Local Government Area said the current serving senator representing Kogi West, Senator Sunday Karimi remains the people's choice due to quality representation and strategic aproach towards spreading the dividends of democracy across boards.

He urged the people to remain supportive of the Senator and other APC flag bearers emphasizing that Kogi State will benefit more from alliance with ruling party at the Federal level.

His words;

"Karimi is household name and so far, so good we will continue to thank God because he has always made us proud as Okun nation. His integrity is completely intact and when you talk of dividends of democracy, he has unmatched records of performance in Kogi State. Bursary awards, army forward bases, logistics on security,   loan facilities for market women and youths, various empowerment schemes, road rehabilitations and various humanitarian gestures. To be perfectly honest, he has given us all and he deserves positive attention and compliments. I believe his second tenure in the Senate will make him to consolidate on past achievements. You only change what is bad, not a responsive and  brilliant personalty like Senator Sunday Karimi. We are proud of him as a community in Egbe, as a Local Government of Yagba West, as a State and a Nation and beyond. His empowerment programs cut across the three Senatorial Districts and beyond . Can you imagine"?

The APC Chieftain also commended Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo and his predecessor Governor Yahaya Bello for putting Party interest above personal goals saying the synergy between Senator Karimi and various stakeholders will earn the party an express victory in all elections.
Chief Ologun also appealed to various stakeholders to take security issues seriously and embark on constant advocacy against betrayals from natives who collude with criminal element to unleash mayhem on innocent  and law abiding people.

He urged Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo Ododo to also support communal initiatives to curb crimes saying the Pan Yoruba Activist Sunday Igboho's visit to Okun nation is a welcome development.
