The State Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Engineer Ezzu Aliyu Momoh has described the just concluded screening of Aspirants contesting for State Constituency in Kogi State House of Assembly under the platform of the party in 2027 general elections as free, fair and transparent.
The State Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Engineer Ezzu Aliyu Momoh has described the just concluded screening of Aspirants contesting for State Constituency in Kogi State House of Assembly under the platform of the party in 2027 general elections as free, fair and transparent.
Engineer Ezzu made the remark while speaking with newsmen shortly after the screening at the state Secretariat of the APC in Lokoja.
The APC state Chairman explained that all the Aspirant were screened transparently inline with the requirements for the documents and qualifications of the aspirants into the State House of Assembly without bias or favour.
He said the process was seamless, commending leadership of the party and screening committee in the state for their commitment towards ensuring a hitch - free exercise.
The Chairman also praised the State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo for his commitment towards providing an enabling environment, as well allowed a level playing ground for everyone to participate.
Engineer Ezzu said only one person can occupy the position at a time, calling on other Aspirants who might not make it after the primaries to put their grievances behind and support whoever emerge at both state and national to ensure the victory of the party at all levels come 2027.
