THE TRIAD MANIFESTO
By ANK-OMA-OLA Concerned Stakeholders’ Forum (AOCSF)

PREAMBLE: THE EQUITY OF ODODO & THE SUPREME LEADER

We stand before you today as representatives of the ANK-OMA-OLA Concerned Stakeholders’ Forum (AOCSF), a collective voice committed to justice, fairness, equity, and the sustainable political future of Ankpa, Omala, and Olamaboro Federal Constituency.

At the outset, we sincerely commend the recent reconciliation efforts initiated by the leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC). We specially recognize and appreciate our Supreme Leader, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, for his strategic leadership and unwavering commitment to party unity.

We also salute the people-oriented Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, whose administration continues to promote the ideals of equity, justice, inclusion, and sustainable development across the state.

These noble principles remain the only pathway toward lasting peace, political stability, and meaningful development in Kogi State.

However, we must state clearly and respectfully that the sacrifices, reconciliations, and goodwill currently being invested in the APC risk becoming a mockery of democratic ideals if the alleged third-term agenda of a single individual is allowed to undermine the Governor’s vision of justice and fairness.

We are here today to ensure that “equity” is not reduced to a mere political slogan, but becomes a practical reality for the historically marginalized people of Omala and Olamaboro.

THE TRIAD VS. THE KANGAROO CONSENSUS

Let the records show clearly that there is no consensus candidate for the Ankpa/Omala/Olamaboro Federal Constituency race.

What exists today is a deliberate attempt to impose a candidate through what many party stakeholders have described as a “Kangaroo Consensus,” allegedly influenced by financial inducement and political manipulation.

In response to this undemocratic development, a formidable political alliance has emerged — the “TRIAD.”

This Triad consists of three respected aspirants representing the three local government areas of our constituency:

- Hon. Abel Egbita

- Hon. Mohammed Ahmed Sani

- Surv. Danjuma Okuliko

These men have united their voices and aspirations to firmly reject the third-term agenda and defend the democratic rights of the people.

This movement is not built on bitterness or personal ambition. It is founded on brotherhood, friendship, shared vision, and collective responsibility toward the future of Ankpa, Omala, and Olamaboro.

The people deserve a transparent process, not a predetermined outcome orchestrated behind closed doors.

CONSTITUTIONAL PROTEST & ECONOMIC JUSTICE

Distinguished members of the press,

We have formally petitioned His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, as the national leader of our great party and President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Our appeal is rooted firmly in constitutional democracy and the principles of justice.

Section 14(2)(a) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria clearly states that sovereignty belongs to the people. Political power does not belong permanently to any individual seeking to recycle himself in office for nearly two decades at the expense of collective progress.

For over 27 years, our constituency has remained trapped in the cycle of welfare politics, tokenism, and legislative underperformance.

While other constituencies pursue strategic development through impactful legislation, our people have been reduced to seasonal empowerment programs, rice distribution politics, and endless motions without measurable transformation.

This must change.

Our constituency is blessed with one of the highest-quality coal deposits in Nigeria, yet there is no comprehensive federal legislation protecting host communities or positioning this natural resource for industrial and economic advancement.

We need representatives who understand policy development, legislative innovation, economic transformation, and the enactment of Landmark Acts that can reposition our constituency for sustainable prosperity.

The future of our people cannot continue to depend solely on boreholes, handouts, and ceremonial politics.

THE ULTIMATUM: FAIR SCREENING OR ELECTORAL RISK

Therefore, we respectfully call on the leadership of the APC at both the state and national levels to immediately halt every perceived attempt to impose Hon. Halims on the people of Ankpa, Omala, and Olamaboro Federal Constituency.

We strongly appeal for a fair, credible, transparent, and democratic screening process that respects the rotational understanding and political balance among the three local government areas.

The era of automatic endorsements without consultation is over.

The “New Standard” has arrived.

Our people are now demanding technical legislative literacy, competence, capacity, and a transition from mere political advocacy to effective lawmaking and institutional representation.

Ignoring the genuine voices of the grassroots today may create avoidable electoral consequences for the party in 2027.

Let it be clearly understood: we remain loyal members and supporters of the APC administration under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, and Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo.

However, loyalty must never be mistaken for silence in the face of marginalization and injustice.

We seek fairness. We demand inclusion. We stand for equity. And we remain committed to the democratic future of our constituency.

Thank you, and may God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Dr. Ademu Musa, PfD, FCPE, FAISM, MNIPR, MISE Canada National Coordinator ANK-OMA-OLA Concerned Stakeholders’ Forum (AOCSF)
