MEDIA VETERANS COMMISERATE WITH CHIEF SANI ADAMU, OVER LOSS OF WIFE

The Forum of Veteran Media Executives (FVME) in Kogi State  has described as shocking and painful, the death of Mrs  Rachael Adamu Sani, wife of  Chief, Alhaji Adamu.Sani.

Chief Sani Adamu,  former chairman of NUJ  and a retired Permanent Secretary in the  Kogi State Civil Service, is a member of the Forum.

A statement by the President of the Forum, Mr Bartholomew Ademu and Secretary Mr innocent idajili in Lokoja, said the association received  the news with profound pain and sadness, adding that the deceased was a very sociable and accommodating wife and a loveable mother,   who was a pillar of support to her husband.

The statement stressed that her warmth, kindness and grace touched everyone, who knew her and had come in  contact with her, adding that she would be great missed.

The Forum of Veteran Media Executives therefore prayed God to grant the husband and his entire family the fortitude to bear the loss.

Ukomu Igala Organization Lokoja Chapter has elected New Executive Officers  to run it's affairs for the next years with a call to be united for the progress of the organization. In a message to the inauguration ceremony in Lokoja, the  National Leader of the organization,  Retired Major General J.A Ataguba said the Ukomu Igala was idea borne out of conviction to ensure development closer to the people  of Igala kingdom .
