Members of African Democratic Congress in Kogi State have been enjoined to sustain their support for the party to ensure its grown and progress

The State chairman of the party Hon Tom Zakari gave the advice when the State Caretaker Working Committee of the party met  in Lokoja.
The committee also came up with the following communique:

1) The nomination of Hon. Danjuma Muhammed of Ankpa LGA has been ratified as the substantive State Youth Leader. 

He replaces Mr. Usman Suleiman, also from Ankpa LGA.*

2) *The State Working Committee has also considered and affirmed the Interim Report of the Party's State Reconciliation Committee led by His Excellency, Engineer Musa Wada as follows:
a) *That Hon. Jeremiah Adaji is now the substantive ADC party chairman of Omala LGA chapter.*
b) *That a Vote of Confidence has been passed on Hon. Idoko Peter as the ADC House of Assembly candidate for the Omala State Assembly Constituency in the upcoming 2027 election.

c) That the ratified substantive list of other ADC party Exco of Omala LGA chapter, would soon be communicated.

The State Chairman, Hon. Tom Zakari Ph.D,also used the occasion to commend and thanked the State ADC Reconciliation Committee under the Chairmanship of Engineer Musa Wada for a job well done. He also called on all members of our great party; the ADC to continue to remain supportive, faithful and dedicated to the ideals of the party.

  City Boy Movement Holds Inaugural Meeting in Lokoja, Charges Members to Mobilise for Tinubu–Ododo Re-Election The City Boy Movement for the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo has held its inaugural meeting in Lokoja, Kogi State, with a strong call on members to mobilise eligible voters ahead of the 2027 general elections. Ukomu Igala Organization Lokoja Chapter has elected New Executive Officers  to run it's affairs for the next years with a call to be united for the progress of the organization. In a message to the inauguration ceremony in Lokoja, the  National Leader of the organization,  Retired Major General J.A Ataguba said the Ukomu Igala was idea borne out of conviction to ensure development closer to the people  of Igala kingdom .
